Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Our goal is to begin processing your order as soon as it's received. Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to edit your order. If we have begun processing your order, you will not be able to edit it. In that case, call Customer Service at 800-728-2278 to see if any changes are possible prior to shipping; we cannot guarantee that this will be possible.
Some or all of my order hasn't arrived.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Check that all of the items in your order have shipped; some items may be shipped separately. Please contact Customer Service at info@pineneedles.com if you have further questions or concerns.
An item is missing from my shipment.
