Storybook Farm was a wildly popular design that was celebrated the world over. There was nothing else like it anywhere in the quilting industry and McKenna found that once again, following her intuition and her heart was her guiding light to creating designs that would speak to others and bring joy in the making of them. At the time, this was a significant deviation from the Northwoods themes McKenna was known for and while she questioned why this design was coming to her, she was strongly inspired to follow her heart to create this, even though it was so different from her past work. The result of following her intuition was this beautiful and whimsical creation, which touched many hearts and engaged quilters around the world.

You will notice McKenna's cat doesn't have the detail of eyes, whiskers and a nose that her works now have, but it's a sign of the times and part of her unfolding journey as a quilt artist.

The stunning Storybook Farm measures 52" x 56".
